Rethymno Sea Country House

Situated in a beautiful village of Maroulas, this totally rehabilitated holiday house has an easy access to all the facilities one might need during a vacation. The house is distributed over two floors. The ground one covers 250 m2 and comprises of a living-dining room with an open industrial kitchen, a WC, a wine bar, a billiard room with a Moroccan-style lounge and an office area. The wine bar is fitted with Sauvignon 2005, Grenache and Syrah wines. The entertainment facilities include a home cinema, a CD/DVD and satellite channels. You will find a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware in the kitchen. The dining area seats 12. The office area is located on a mezzanine above the living room. The sleeping facilities are located upstairs. There is a family bedroom with two single beds and a mezzanine bedroom with a bed of 140 cm. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a mezzanine area with a 140cm bed and a lounge area under it. Its bathroom is fitted with a shower. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed and enjoys a bathroom with a tub and a shower. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed as well, but its bathroom is equipped with a shower. All the bedrooms have a direct access to the terrace. The same floor houses a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, there is a private swimming pool with sea water, a lounge area with fantastic views over the sea, a BBQ and an al-fresco dining.
