One of the bedrooms is outfitted with a double bed, the other one comes with twins. There are two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. Common areas include a living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen. There is a TV with satellite international channels and WIFI. The dining table seats four. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern equipment one might need for a carefree vacation in Barcelona. There is a fridge freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, pots and pans and tableware. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops around adn the trip to the city center will take you no more than 10 minutes thanks to fantastic Barcelona taxi network and superb public transportation system. Passeig de Gracia with its architecture gems including Casa Mila or La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, Casa Lleo Morera, Casa Amatller and some others lies in about 12 minutes drive, while another pearl of the Modernist Barcelona, Sagrada Familia, can be arrived at in less than 15 minutes.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 15% upon confirmation. For standard rates, the first night will be charged on a credit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) 7 days before arrival The balance shall be paid upon arrival either in cash or by credit card. For a non-refundable rate, 100% shall be paid upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 7 days before arrival or less when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit and the first night are non-refundable. In case of cancellation when a non-refundable rate is applied, 100% of the rent will be retained.
