This seaside Barcelona apartment rental is situated by two of the best beaches of the city, Mar Bella and Bogatell and benefits from a shared top-floor pool. The property sleeps two adults and a child or two. There is a bedroom that comes with a double bed and a bedroom-annex fitted with a single bed. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. The living-dining area has a sofa bed that could be used for a child, a sitting area with a TV with international satellite channels. The table seats four. There is an American kitchen fitted with a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchenware and tableware. There is a washer-dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The luxury apartment in Barcelona has AC and WIFI; the bathroom is stocked with amenities. The building comes with a private parking (available with an extra charge), a lift and and boasts a terrace with a pool shared only with the other guests of the building.

Situated in Poblenou, a popular neighborhood of Barcelona close to the beach and within an easy drive to the heart of the city, this luxury vacation rental enjoys proximity to the sea, restaurants, bars and cafes. Situated by one of the nicest streets of the area, the half-pedestrian Rambla de Poblenou, you will have all the facilities one might need during a holiday handy. The nearest restaurant is located within a 1 minute´s walk, the beaches of Bogatell and Mar Bella lies within about 200 m. Las Ramblas and other spots of the Old City can be reached in 12 minutes by taxi and can also be accessed by metro or bus as the transportation system of Barcelona is perfectly well developed. A trip to Passeig de Gracia with its masterpieces by Gaudi including Casa Mila and Casa Batllo will take you no more than 12 minutes by taxi while Sagrada Familia lies 15 minutes away.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 15% upon confirmation. For standard rates, the first night will be charged on a credit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) 7 days before arrival The balance shall be paid upon arrival either in cash or by credit card. For a non-refundable rate, 100% shall be paid upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 7 days before arrival or less when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit and the first night are non-refundable. In case of cancellation when a non-refundable rate is applied, 100% of the rent will be retained.
