If you are planning a vacation in Barcelona and want to be in a safe area close to sightseeing spots, shops, cafes and restaurants, this luxury apartment is perfect for your travel. Situated above Diagonal Avenue within a short walk from Passeig de Gracia, the unit has plenty of shops around. A designer work, it has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four. The master bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a WC. The other bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make another queen-size bed upon request. It has a private bathroom with a shower and a WC. The living room has a sitting area and a dining area with a table that seats up to six guests. At the end, there is an open-plan totally equipped modern kitchen. It is located within an easy walk from Paseo de Gracia riddled with high end shops including Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana and half-pedestrian Rambla de Catalunya known for its cafes and restaurants. Eixample is located in the city centre and is known as one of the most cosmopolitan areas of Barcelona. it is there where you find many of the landmarks and emblematic buildings cited in all the Barcelona guidebooks including Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, or Casa Mila, Casa Amatller, Casa Lleo Morera and others. Eixample is also considered to be one of the safest and cleanest areas of this Mediterranean city and enjoys a great transportation system and plenty of taxis that will allow you get to the beach and other neighborhoods like El Born, El Gotico, or the Gothic Quarter, Diagonal Mar and Poble Nou without any problem.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. For 30-nights´bookings, the rest is payable at arrival in cash. A transfer no later than 1 week before arrival is an option upon request. For longer bookings, please, contact us. Utilities shall be paid against the counter readings monthly.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival for 30 nights´bookings, the total rent shall be paid. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival for bookings over 30 nights, a monthly rent plus 15% of the total rent will be detained.
