One of the bedrooms has twin beds, the other two enjoy queen-size beds. The master bathroom has a bathtub with a shower faucet, the other two bathrooms feature showers. The common areas include a living room with a seating area with a TV and a DVD and a dining area for eight and the kitchen. It is totally equipped and benefits from a breakfast area. There is an oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge freezer, kitchenware and tableware. The laundry facilities feature a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The property has wifi and benefits from three decorative French balconies.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
