This is a traditional apartment located Duomo area, in the heart of Florence and benefiting from proximity to Palazzo and Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and many other city landmarks. The luxury apartment rental Florence is located on the first floor accessible only by stairs. There are about 36 steps up. There are three bedrooms that can sleeps up to six guests and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms comes with a double bed, the other two can be laid out as twin bedrooms or as double upon request. One of the bathrooms enjoys a shower, the other one comes with a bathtub and a shower. Further on, there is an entrance hall shared with the apartment next door, a living room with a dining area, a sitting room, a kitchen and a terrace. In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 30%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The

Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable shall the property is not rented by any other customer. Shall the property be re-rented fully or partially the balance minus 10% administrative fee will be returned.
