Payment Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation one (1) month before the arrival date or less: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. Alternatively, security deposit can be brought in cash at arrival or paid with a Credit card (guarantee).
The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
