This authentic XVI century Venetian palazzo combines comfort of a luxury private property and top-notch hospitality services. Situated in one of the most exuberant area of the town, Cannaregio, the property enjoys all the first-need amenities within a short walk including cafes and restaurants. The palazzo features WIFI, sound system, AC/heating and a lift. Fully staffed, the palazzo is just a perfect spot for creating a laid-back five-star vacation.
For warm summer evenings, there is a private garden with several al-fresco dining tables shaded by the trees. Also, the luxury palazzo enjoys a bar where you can take a drink or snacks (consumptions are not included).

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival. The damage deposit shall be paid with a credit card at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less or in case of a no-show or early departure, the total amount is not refundable.
