This elegant villa rental sits in Montepulciano area, just 8 minutes´ drive form the town. Once a watchtower, now it benefits form sleek interior and five-star amenities - all for a perfect vacation in Tuscany. Home to some of the finest Italian wines, the area also offers gorgeous landscapes and natural parks. The property is distributed over 2 floors connected with a lift. It sleeps 12 and has  AC, heating, a fireplace and a spa area.

Ground floor

This level houses a spacious dining room. Also, there, is a totally equipped kitchen, a Spa area a guest WC, and 3 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can be laid out as a twin. All the bedrooms enjoys showers, bathrobes and handmade vanity sets. 
The spa area comes with an indoor swimming pool with a hydromassage jets, a Turkish bath, a sauna, sensory showers. The area overlooks the garden and benefits from a small sitting area.

First floor

You will find another living room with a sofa and a TV and a small wine cellar and a minibar upstairs. Also, it has a kitchen. Further one, there are 3 more bedrooms on this floor. One of them can also be laid as a twin bedroom. All the rooms enjoy private bathrooms.

Outdoors

There is an al-fresco dining area an an infinity 25 m swimming pool with a chill-out area. The space offers scenic views over the Tuscany vineyards and landscapes. Also, there is a manicured garden with a jogging path ideal for yoga in the morning or just admire the nature.

For some scenic scenery, take a drive to Montalcino and Pienza. For some strolling around or some jogging, head towards or the lovely Parco Villa Trecci (payable).
The beloved town of Siena is around 1 h drive away, while Arezzo can be reached in about 50 minutes by car. 
The nearest airport is in Perugia, Umbria, and it is a bit more than 1 h drive away, while Florence is about 1 h 35 minutes away.

Daily cleaning and change of linen and towels are included.

All the taxes except for the Tourist Tax are included Tourist tax shall be paid at the spot at arrival ( 2 EUR per person and night for maximum nights).

Divers:

The villa is fitted with wines that are NOT included in the rent and shall be paid following your consumption.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday.
All other periods are flexible.

Payment Policy

In order to book the property, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance together with the security deposit shall be paid no later than 1 months before arrival. 
The Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
