This holiday apartment is located by the emblematic Mariahilfer Strasse. Situated in a former palace, the luxury rental in Vienna has all the modern facilities one might need. There are two bedrooms sleeping four. Both of them are en-suite. The common areas include a large living room, a sitting-TV room and a dining room with a kitchen. The areas enjoy wonderful historical wooden detailing, high ceilings and antique plaster mouldings. In addition, there is a spacious entrance hall, a study area and a guest toilet. Both bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds that can be split into two single beds upon request. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower, the other one has a bathtub with a faucet. The entertainment facilities include a large TV with a DVD and international channels, MP3/iPod dock, WIFI. The property is outfitted with a central heating system and AC.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% in advance. The rest is payable 12 weeks before arrival together with the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than 12 weeks before departure, the total amount is not refundable.
