The villa is a part of a two-identical-neighbouring-villas complex built on a four-acres plot with olive trees. It enjoys three bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps six. The middle floor has a living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen. The dining room opens on a lovely covered balcony with sea views. The sitting area has access to a terrace with a private swimming pool. The dining area sits six, the kitchen is fully equipped for a carefree vacation. There is a coffee maker, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a microwave, tableware, utensils, pots and pans. The lower floor has the sleeping are with two bedrooms. Both are fitted with king-size beds that can be converted into twins upon request. Both benefit from bathrooms with showers and wardrobes. There is a cinema room with home-cinema with a video library, a games area featuring Xbox360 and Nintendo). The upper level benefits from a bedroom with a king-size bed, a wardrobe and a bathrooms fitted with a shower. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The beach boasts crystal waters and is located in a protected bay. There is a small cafe, a traditional Cretan restaurants, lounges and umbrellas for sunbathing. Further beaches belong to the stunning Marathi bay including three wonderful beaches benefiting from several restaurants and a cafe. Chania centre with its small shops with traditonal Cretan and Greek souvenirs, cafes and various restaurants lies only 18 km away.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 45% in two steps (15% and 30%). The balance together with the Security deposit shall be paid six (6) weeks before arrival. The Security deposit will be wired back to you shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Al the cancellations shall be done in written to be considered valid. In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation between 60 and 31 days before arrival, 65% of the total rent will be retained. In case of cancellation between 30 and 16 days before arrival, 90% of the rentwill be retained. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, no show or an early dearture, 100% shall be retained.
