This charming house sits in the heart of Andalusia, by Ronda. It is one of the most remarkable villages of the south of Spain. It houses some cultural landmarks including the Puente Nuevo bridge, many shops, cafes and restaurants. Traditional outside, with a modern touch inside, this house is perfect for a serene vacation away from it all. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and lavender and enjoys Serrania de Ronda views.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is about 50 m2. It enjoys stunning countryside views and a bathtub in the room. Its bathroom has a rain shower. Further on, there are 4 guest bedrooms about 42 m each. All enjoy king-size beds of 200 cm and come with private bathrooms with rain shower. All the bedrooms benefit from under-floor heating/cooling.
Living areas
The villa features a cozy living-dining room. It has a sitting area with a designer fire place and a TV and dining table for 10 - 12 people. At the end of this room, there is an open plan kitchen. Also, there is a bar table with high chairs that can be perfect for breakfast or informal dinner. All the indoor areas have WIFI access.
Outdoors
The garden benefits from a private swimming pool with a chill-out area and a 150 m2 terrace with several relaxation and sunbathing areas. There is an al-fresco dining area and a parking for up to 10 cars.
