Situated by the beach, this luxury vacation rental with a pool in Barcelona is a great choice for mid and long-term stay in Barcelona. Covering 100 m2, the holiday home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen and a terrace. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together as a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a single bed and a writing desk. Both bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs with shower faucets. The living room features a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and WIFI and a dining area and opens on the 30 m2 terrace. It benefits from beautiful sea and city views and has some pieces of lounge furniture. The kitchen is totally equipped for a mid term stay. It has a small breakfast area, a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, various utensils, pots and pans. The building enjoys a shared area with two pools (for adults and for kids), a playground, a gym with changing rooms, two paddle courts and 24-h security.

The condominium enjoys a swimming pool for adults, a swimming pools for kids and sun loungers. There is a playground for children, a gym and two paddle courts. The condominuim has a 24 hours' security. Thanks to a big supermarket located right by and a shopping mall, it will be easy to go for grocery and shopping. With many parks around, the place will also be a good solution for families with children as you will keep them busy. A metro station is 5 min' walk away and taxi can be found easily by the shopping mall or on the street. A drive to the city centre will take yo just a bit more than 10 minutes.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay the reservation deposit of 20% via credit card plus 30% via bank transfer (50% in total) in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation one month (1) before arrival or less, the first night shall be paid.
