The property itself is laid out on 150 m2. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The living room enjoys stunning Modernist ceilings with floral motifs and remarkable furniture pieces by Antonio Citterio and Eero Saarinen. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a king-size bed, the other one has twin beds that can be split upon request. The entertainment facilities include an iPad mini, a smart TV, WIFI and a bluetooth stereo system. The luxury apartment is equipped with a touch screen control, AC, safe box and lights control. The kitchen is fully equipped and enjoys a hob, an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware. The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and have bathrobes and hairdryers. There are three small balconies in this property.

Nettoyage Quotidien: General cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms is included.

Taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 5,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Charges de location: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.

Service concierge: Personal assistance on site is included.

Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.

Divers: Use of spa area is included. Treatments shall be paid apart. Room service is available upon request.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay the reservation deposit of 15% via credit card. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card. For non-refundable rates, 100% shall be paid upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
For non refundable rates, the total amount will be retained as a penalty in case of cancellation.
