This beautiful villa rental sits by Barcelona, in a village called Alella. It benefits from proximity to a beach and first-need facilities including shops and eateries. Totally renovated, the villa enjoys AC, WIFI, international channels and salt-water swimming pool. The house has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. There is a spare room that can be used as a bedroom.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All the bedrooms come with twin beds that can be pushed together to make king-size beds. Two of them have private bathrooms with stand-alona showers. Further two bedrooms enjoys private bathrooms with bathtubs with shower faucets. While the fifth one has access to a hall bathroom with a shower. It enjoys a private sitting area. On more room can be arranged as a seeping space. It has 2 sofa beds for 2 people and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Living areas
The common spaces of the villa rental Barcelona include two living rooms, a reception area, a dining room, a breakfast room and a kitchen. Both living rooms have sitting areas. One of them has a TV. Further on, there is a dining room with a table for 10-12 and a small breakfast room with a table for 4-6 people. The kitchen is totally-equipped and enjoys a central island/breakfast bar, a fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, kitchenware and tableware.
Outdoors
The house boasts a terrain of 3,5 ha and has a private swimming pool with salt water and a sunbathing area. There are several chill-out areas, a n al-fresco dining table for 10 and a pond. The house enjoys a vast space for parking.

Taxes: All the taxes except for the tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night is included.

Nettoyage hebdomadaire: Change of bedlinen and towels is included for stays of more than 7 nights.
Additional change can be arranged upon request (250 EUR per service).
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date or in case of no show: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
