It has the first need amenities including some shops, cafes and restaurants around. All the main sightseeing points of Barcelona including Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, Montjuic and Gaudi´s works on Passeig de Gracia can be reached in less than half an hour drive that makes this villa a good base for the city exploration.

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival, in case of a no show or in case of shortening of the stay or an early departure, the paid amounts are non refundable.
