Situated in Aigua Xelida area, Tamariu, this house is only about 1 km away from the town and its beach as well as from Aigua Xelida cove. The town enjoys several cafes and restaurants and has a small grocery shop and a souvenirs shop. Further on, Begur known for its chic cafes and restaurants and small picturesque streets is only 12 minutes´ drive away. It has several grocery, clothes and decoration shops and there is a supermarket at the town entrance.
For bigger supermarkets, you shall head towards Palafrugell, around 15 minutes´ drive. It enjoys plenty of shops and cafes including an organic foods supermarket and bakery.
Costa Brava Airport is around 50 minutes´ drive away, while Barcelona town can be reached in around 1 h 30 min drive.

Changeover day in high season is Friday. All the other periods are flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Shall the borders be officially closed by the country of origin of the guests or by Spain, the booking can be postponed to any posterior dates (conditions apply).
