Situated just some minutes´ drive away from the beach, next to a small Costa Brava village, this spacious villa rental enjoys a spacious garden of 12ha with olive trees, cypresses and vast lawn areas. Ideal for those looking for a serene vacation but next to the amenities at the same time, the house enjoys around 1150 m2 of floors. It benefits form a private swimming pool. There is AC, heating, WIFI and smart lights system.

Further amenities can be found in Palafrugell, a big town of the area lying just 12 minutes´ drive away. You will find there a wide choice of supermarkets and shops, local businesses and fresh foods market. Also, Palamos, one of Costa Brava´s ports is only minutes away. It offer a wide range of shops and cafes as well.

Changeover day in high season is Saturday. All the other periods are flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
