This Costa Brava vacation villa is a carefully restored 18th century farmhouse featuring a big garden. It boasts lots of entertainment spaces that will leave you great memories of your summertime. There is a spa area with a Jacuzzi, a home gym, a sauna, a massage room. Further on, you will find here a swimming pool, a paddle/multipurpose court, a games room, a library, a meeting room, a home cinema and a BBQ area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are eight double bedrooms, all come with private bathrooms either with a hot tub or a hydro-massage shower. All the bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds and feature smart TVs and laptop-size safe boxes. There are 13 bathrooms in total. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.
Living areas
The entertainment facilities of the Costa Brava luxury villa for rent include a smart TV, piped music system and WIFI. The house comprises a hall, a landing, a laundry area with a washing machine, a living room accessing the garden, an attic lounge area, a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped for a carefree stay and features an island and plenty of countertops, a coffee machine, a toaster, an oven, a hob, a blender, three fridges, a freezer, a microwave, kitchenware and tableware. The property enjoys a library.

Additional Information
Nettoyage Quotidien: Daily cleaning of 4 hours from Monday to Saturday, pool and garden maintenance are included. Basic kitchen cleaning products are included.
Taxes: All the taxes except for the Tourist Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night applicable to maximum 7 nights are included.
Charges de location: Reasonable water and electricity are included.
Service concierge
Draps et Serviettes: Bedlinen, towels, pool towels and spa area towels are included.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included, shall the house be left in a reasonable state.
Divers: Fresh bread is provided every morning. One welcome pack is included. Courtesy BBQ charcoal is included (not refillable).
There are some rackets and balls for the paddle court.
