Situated within a short drive from Peratallada, this Costa Brava vacation villa enjoys easy access to several beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. The holiday home enjoys four bedrooms and sleeps seven. One of the bedrooms is fitted with queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm), one has twin beds (90 x 190 cm each), the third one comes with a extra wide single bed (140 x 190 cm) while the fourth one comes with a double bed (150 x 190 cm). The property has three bathrooms and a guest WC. The living room enjoys a sitting area, a fireplace and a TV with satellite and cable channels. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, a hob, a toaster, a coffee maker, pots and pans, kitchenware and tableware. There is a breakfast area. The dining area has four tables that can be pushed together to make a single table upon request. The entertainment facilities include a DVD, children books, board games and WIFI. The laundry amenities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Outside, the luxury villa rental Costa Brava enjoys a BBQ area, a chill-out and a swimming pool.

Costa Brava - Girona airport lies in 45 minutes while Barcelona can be arrived at in about 1 h 25 minutes.

Additional Information

Taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,9 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 18% and 32%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will returned, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
