Featuring a private garden boasting a private pool and a BBQ this vacation villa in Llafranc area is well fitted for a carefree vacation. The house is distributed over two levels. The living room enjoys wonderful sea views and has access to the terrace with the BBQ area. Part of the terrace is pergola-covered. The same floor has the totally equipped kitchen with an island, dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and various utensils. The kitchen opens onto the BBQ area. Further on, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace with sea views. The same floor has two other bedroom sharing a bathroom. Further sleeping facilities are located upstairs. Both are en-suite and have access to a sea-view terrace. All the bedrooms features spacious closets. There is a garage for one vehicle. Right by, there is a single bedroom that would be perfect for a child or for a nanny. The holiday villa benefits from AC, WIFI and a washing machine.

We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. If you expect it to be absolutely rural and not developed, full of farms and far from the civilization then you are completely wrong, because this part of Spain is to keep your eyes wide open and your mouth agape with all you can find here. Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fishing village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breathe the scent of herbs in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located in El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deep sea fishing. Go horse riding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but couldn´t find the time.

Additional Information
Nettoyage Quotidien: General daily cleaning of 3 hours from Monday to Saturday is included.
Taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Catalonia from 16 years old.
Charges de location: All the rental fees except for the AC use are included. AC shall be paid apart, 150 EUR per week.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.
Divers: Please, note there is a surcharge of 80 EUR for stays shorter than 7 nights´ stays.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Friday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
