This wonderful country home for rent sits in the heart of Baix Emporda, in the area of Parlava. Joining the charm and quietness of the countryside with modern comfort, the villa has it all for a carefree vacation. Recently refurbished, the house enjoys 4 bedrooms and sleeps 9 people. All the bedrooms come with AC and heating.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Three of the bedrooms enjoys double beds, the 4th one comes with 3 bunk beds, it s perfect for children or teenagers. The bathrooms are stocked with amenities and enjoy hairdryers.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, free-standing bath, shower, toilet, bidet, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, bath (one step up), shower, toilet, bidet.
Bedroom 3: King-size bed, free-standing bath, shower, toilet, bidet, wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: triple bedroom with 3 bunk beds of 90 x 200 cm, bathroom with a shower, toilet.

Living areas
The common areas of the luxury villa Costa Brava include 2 comfortable sitting rooms, one of them comes with a fireplace. Further on, there is a dining room for 10 and a 70 m2 kitchen. The latter one enjoys another dining area for 6 and a BBQ area and is fully equipped. It comes with 3 fridges, an oven, a coffee maker, a hob, kitchenware and tableware.
Finally, the house enjoys a office-library. The house enjoys a TV with Netflix access and Marshall speakers. There is an alarm.
The house enjoys a washing machine and a dryer that can be used only by the personnel of the house. They will take care of the guests washing and drying, if needed.
In addition, the house has a home gym.
Outdoors
Outside, you will find a private swimming pool with Roman steps and several chill-out areas ideal to enjoy warm summer evenings. There are 2 outdoor dining areas, one caters to 10 people while the other one is suitable for 8.
Please, note that the house has animals (cats, dogs, dunkey) that will be taken care of by caretakers living on the premises.

Additional Information
Nettoyage Quotidien: Daily cleaning of 4 h from Monday to Saturday is included (9:30 to 13:30).
Cleaning staff will take care of washing the guests´ belongings, the guests do NOT ejoys access to the laundry facilities.
Taxes: All the taxes except for the Tourist Tax are included.
Charges de location: Reasonable water, electricity and Internet are included.
Service concierge
Draps et Serviettes: Bedlinen and towels for stays over 1 week are changed weekly.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.
Divers: Fresh bread and newspapers is brought in daily from Monday to Saturday.
Please, note that the house has animals that will be taken care of by caretakers living on the premises. The caretakers live in the annex next to the house.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 17:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% upon confirmation. The balance along with the security deposit is due no later than 1 month before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
