Benefiting from total privacy, this cozy south-facing rental in Catalonia sleeps eight including children. The upper level houses a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer, the main entrance, three bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the garden. All the bedrooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes. The lower floor features the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing area. The room has a direct access to the garden. Three bedrooms have double beds, the fourth one is fitted with two single beds. The same floor has a cloakroom, a spacious living-dining room that opens onto the garden and a covered terrace with a lounge area and an al-fresco dining. There is a TV with satellite and local channels, a DVD, a sound system and WIFI. The room has an open-plan kitchen perfectly fitted for a carefree stay. There is a microwave, a coffee maker, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, various cooking utensils and tableware. The rental property enjoys AC and heating and an alarm system. There is a portable BBQ. Outside, the house features a private pool of 9 x 4 m. There is a garage.

We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fishing village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breathe the scent of herbs in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located in El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deep sea fishing. Go horse riding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but couldn´t find the time.

Additional Information
Taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Divers: Please, note there is a surcharge of 80 EUR for stays shorter than 7 nights´ stays.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
