This Tamariu holiday villa is located just within 5 minutes´ walk from a beach of Costa Brava. Benefiting from fantastic sea views from the private garden, the luxury house for rent in Catalonia would become a great option for a family. The villa sleeps up to 10 people. The lower floor houses a lounge, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry area. The latter includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The middle floor has a living-dining room with access to the terrace with the swimming pool, a guest wc, a kitchen, two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one more bedroom with a bathroom and the master suite. The kitchen is fitted with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a mixer, a toaster, a fridge freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, kitchenware and tableware. Among the entertainment facilities you will find a TV with satellite and local channels, DVD, HIFI, table games and WIFI. Upstairs, there is a spacious lounge area. The property has a parking area for two vehicles. Outside, the holiday home in Tamariu boasts a private swimming pool, a lounge area and a BBQ.

Be closer to art – travel to the fishing village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breathe the scent of herbs in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located in El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deep sea fishing. Go horse riding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but couldn´t find the time.

Additional Information
Taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.
Divers: Please, note there is a mandatory surcharge of 100 EUR for stays shorter than 7 nights´ stays.

Check-in after 16:00.

Changeover day is Friday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival, further 20% shall be paid. In case of cancellation less than 45 days before arrival 100% of the rent shall be paid.
