Ménage final: Final cleaning is included shall the house be left in reasonable conditions.
Divers: The guests will have to sign a lodging agreement and provide ALL the passports no later than 1 week before arrival to be registered in the competent authorities. Shall they miss this point, they will be charged 25 EUR per person for the papers collecting at arrival.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 12 weeks before arrival, 15% is non refundable
In case of cancellation between 12 weeks and 1 month before arrival, 50% will be retained as a cancellation penalty.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained as a penalty.
