There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms plus a guest WC. The villa sleeps eight people. Two bedrooms are outfitted with king-size beds, the other two come with twin beds. The staff area include two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The living area has a sitting room with a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. The latter one features a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a hob, a coffee maker, a kettle, kitchenware, tableware and cutlery.Outside, there is an al-fresco dining table and two swimming pools with a sunbathing area. Pool heating is available upon request. One is for the children, while the other one is for adults. Parking is available on the street of the private community where the villa is located.

Located in a gated community in the coastal side of Puerto Banus, this villa for rent in Marbella area is ideal for holidaymakers wishing to stay by modern facilities and have easy access to a town. Marbella city center with its shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and other facilities can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Puerto Banus marina beloved by the jetset fro all over the world is 10 minutes´ walk away. Further on, above the marina, there is a big shopping mall with corners of famous brands called El Corte Ingles. It also features a big supermarket with fresh and packed foods. Set in Costa del Sol, also known as Costa del Golf, the community is practically surrounded by different golf courses of all the levels. The nearest ones are Aloha Golf Club and Real Club de Golf Guadalmina that are within 10 and 8 minutes´ drive respectively. Costa del Sol Airport are about 40 comfortable minutes away and the bigger town of Malaga can be arrived at in less than one hour.

Charges de location: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included. Pool heating is NOT included and shall be pre-booked at least 72 hours before arrival. The price is 50 EUR per night. In winter, an uncovered pool won’t reach a temperature higher than 20C. Pool heating can be booked only for the whole stay.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included when the villa is left in acceptable conditions. If the villa is not treated respectfully, left very dirty and the trash is not taken out, additional cleaning of 100 EUR will be retained from the security deposit.
Divers: Extra bed is available upon request (50 EUR per night per person (pre booking is required, subject to availability)).

Check-in after 16:00.Check-out before 12:00.Early check in (upon availability 150 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival). Late check-out (upon availability 250 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival).
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security Deposit will be block on a Credit Card at arrival.
All the cancellations must be made in written. Failure to pay the amounts on time, send a written cancellation or present a valid ID upon arrival shall be considered a cancellation made by the guests. The refundable amounts will be given back to the guests within 10 days from the cancellation. For normal rates: In case of cancellation three (3) or more months before arrival, 35% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival but more than one (1) month before arrival, 65% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, or in case of no-show, 100% of the renta is non-refundable. For special rates: 100% of the rent is non refundable. Changes of reservations are not accepted.
