This modern villa sits in Costa de la Luz, in a residential area within only 500m from the beach. The nearest village is Zahara de los Atunes lies only about 15 minutes´ drive away. It houses many first-need facilities you might need for a successful vacation in Andalusia including shops, cafes and restaurants. The house offers AC, WIFI, a Netbook and a printer. There are several chill-out areas and a big swimming pool. Distributed over 3 floors, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest WC.

Ground floor

The ground floor houses a kitchen and a spacious living room of 200 m2. The living room comprises of 4 spaces with sitting and lounge areas. There is a CD/DVD player, a 42 inch TV with international channels, books for children and adults.
The kitchen is finished with Porcelanosa materials and has Miele equipment. It features a breakfast bar with 2 high chairs, an oven, a grill, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a 4-ring hob. Moreover, there is a blender, a coffee maker, a kettle, a citrus squeezer, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware.
The dining area seats 10. A high chair for a child can be added upon request. The same floor houses a guest WC.

First floor

The upper level is home to the master bedroom of about 60 m2. It comes with a super king-size bed of 2 x 2 m. The room enjoys a sitting area with a sofa, a wardrobe and wonderful panoramic sea views. There s a terrace of 20 m2. This room´ s bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, a WC and a bidet. The second bedrooms has a big double bed, while the third one enjoys twin beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a WC and bidet. Also, there is a terrace of 30 m2. An additional single bed can be added upon request. All three rooms have TVs.

Basement floor

The lower level houses the garage for 4 cars. The last bedroom sits by the staircase leading to this floor, next to the entrance of the house. It comes with 2 single beds of 100 x 190 cm and can be a good option for staff or for teenagers.

Outdoors

The luxury house Costa de la Luz benefits from several chill-out areas. There is a private swimming pool of 25 x 5 m, a BBQ, a Jacuzzi and a swing.

This villa rental sits in a residential area within just 500 m from the beach. The nearest village is Zahara de los Atunes that lies about 15 minutes´ drive away. It offers most of the first-need amenities you might need for a vacation. There are grocery shops, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. For more facilities, you can visit Cadiz, San Fernando, o la Isla, or Jerez de la Frontera. The first two are about 50 minutes away, while the latter one is around 1 h 5 minutes´ drive away.

If you like hiking and nature, the south of Spain houses many natural parks including Grazalema, Alcornocales, and the Straight park. For cultural visits, Seville is about 2 h 15 minutes drive away.

A cleaning of 3 hours per week is included for stays of one week and over. Additional cleaning can be arranged for 20 EUR per cleaning lady and hour.

Ménage final:

Final cleaning is included.

Divers:

The villa offers 2 bicycles for adults and 3 for children.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 45% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 30%. 
One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. 
The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. 
Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
