Nettoyage Quotidien: Daily cleaning of 6 hours Monday-Saturday is included.
Taxes: All the taxes except for the tourist tax are included.

Ménage final: Final cleaning is included shall the ouse be left in a reasonable state.
Divers: Caretakers live on the premises, they are available in case of breakdown or other problems in the house.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 18:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Minimum stay in high season is 2 weeks from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year has 7 nights minimum stay.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% upon confirmation.
The balance is due along with the damage deposit 1 month before arrival.
