This modern Ibiza villa sits in the northern part of the island. Benefiting from total serenity, the villa is only 5 minutes drive away from the first beach - Cala Xarraca. Further on, you can go to the Es Canaret sitting around 10 minutes away and Cala Benirras that is around 9 minutes away. The latter one is known for its picturesque sunsets and the Sunday hippy parties.
The villa is situated within a very short drive form a small Ibiza village with a grocery shop, a gas station and a couple of cafes. The place houses the famous hippie market.
Ibiza town is around 20 minutes away, while the airport can be reached in around 25 minutes by car.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
