Sitting in the heart of the island, this luxury villa rental Ibiza is about 15-20 minutes from the best beaches and must-sees of the place. It is a traditional yet restored farmhouse offering a wide range of modern facilities. It s within less than 1,5 km to Santa Gertrudis village boasting lovely cafes, restaurants and some other first need amenities. The villa enjoys a private swimming pool, a Mediterranean patio with a fountain and several chill-out areas.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them enjoy private bathrooms, the other 2 share a bathroom. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed of 180 cm. An additional single bed can be added for a child. The room benefits from a private living room and a balcony. The room has AC and an en-suite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. It shares a bathroom with the the 6th bedroom. The room has a fan.
The 3d bedroom comes with a queen-size bed. It comes with an en-suite bathroom and a fan.
The 4th and 5th bedrooms enjoy king-size beds, both can be laid out as twins. They have en-suite bathrooms and separate entrances through a shared a patio. Both have AC. Finally, the 6th bedroom comes with a king-size bed and private entrance. There is a fan, The room shares a bathroom with room number 2. Aa additional single bed for a child can be added to this room.

Living areas

The living areas include a sitting room, a kitchen and another living room with a dining area.
The living room enjoys about 45 m2. It has an open fireplace, an Apple TV, a Blueray DVD player, some books and games. The room joins the 1st, 2nd, 3d and 6th bedrooms and the kitchen.
Further on, there isa professional kitchen fitted with all the facilities one might need and a summer kitchen adjacent to the second living-dining room.
The latter one sits in a separate building that used to be a barn in its times. The room enjoys a dining table for 12 and a sitting area. There is a piano, a sound system by Yamaha, AC and heating. 

Outdoors

The house enjoys a central patio with a fountain and several chill-out areas. The are several tea areas and al-fresco dining areas fitted with hand-made sofas and tables. It covers about 260 m2.
Also, the house enjoys a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area. There are 3 double loungers and a small sitting area. The shaded pool house features 2 sofas. Further on, there is a chill-out area under a fig tree and 2 four-poster beds. Also, there is a Jacuzzi.

Sitting in the heart of Ibiza, this vacation villa rental enjoys serenity and proximity to the small town of Santa Gertrudis. It houses some shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Also, there is an ATM and a bank and a chemist´ s. Thanks to its central location, a trip almost anywhere on the island will take you no more than 25 minutes.
Ibiza town as well as the first beach are around 13 minutes´ drive away. Ibiza airport can be reached in about 16 minutes, while the town and the port of San Antonio are 19 minutes away.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
