Seafront, the house sits in the famous area of Es Cubells. There is a small path with steps leading directly to the sea entrance (rocky entrance and rocky sea bed).
The first restaurant is only a short walk from the house, further eating out facilities can be found along the coast. The first grocery shops sits in San Josep, bigger supermarkets are located in Ibiza town, just 24 minutes´ drive away from the house.

Additional Information
Nettoyage Quotidien: Daily cleaning of 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday is included.
Taxes: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax are included.
Charges de location: Reasonable electricity and water are included.
Service concierge
Draps et Serviettes: Change of bedlinen and towels is done every 3 days.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.
Check in/out policy
Check in after 17:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday. All other periods are flexible, upon request.
Payment Policy
In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than one month before arrival together with the security deposit. The security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, if any, shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, early departure or no show, the total amount will be retained as a penalty.
