This sea view villa to rent in Ibiza sits in the hills by San Agusti des Vedres village. It benefits from proximity to the beach, San Jose and San Antonio. S Estanyol beach is around 10 minutes drive. Further on, there are several other beacjes within around 15 minutes including Cala Bassa. The house sleeps 12. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All the bedrooms feature AC.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The master bedroom comes with a double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower and enjoys access to a terrace. Alike, the second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathrooms. However, it has a shower. Further on, the third and fourth bedrooms share a shower bathroom. One of the rooms has a duble bed while the other one enjoys twin beds. Also, bedrooms five and six share a shower room. Both have twin beds.
Living areas
The common spaces include a living room with a dining area and a kitchen. The living enjoys 270 degree views on the countryside and the harbour beyond. It has a balcony and access to the pool terrace. Above all, the room features a 8 m L-shaped sofa and a fireplace. The entertainment facilities include a plasma TV, sky TV, DVD player and built-in iPod compatible sound system. Further on, the dining area opens onto an al-fresco lounge area.
Outdoors
The villa enjoys several furnished lounge areas. Also, its has a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Together with the upper terraces it benefits from child safety gates.There is a built-in BBQ and an al-fresco dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor sound system. The terrain is gated.

This villa rental Ibiza benefits from proximity to San Jose and San Antonio villages. It sits not far from S Estanyol beach and Cala de Bou cove. A trip to both will take you around 9 - 10 minutes. Further on, there is the sandy Cala Bassa beach. It is perfect for a laid-back vacation with kids and teenagers. A trip to this cove will take you around 15 minutes by car.
Both San Jose and san Antonio offer a range of eateries. San Jose is slightly closer. It will take you about 9 minutes to get there. While San Antonio is 15 minutes away. It features a port that connects the island with Barcelona, Valencia and Denia among others. Both have grocery shops.
