Ideal for a vacation for those looking for absolute privacy, the island is only accessible on the west coast and has just one building, a fantastic modern Bauhaus-style villa. Featuring pure lines and mild colors, the villa was done by a well-known designer and features unique furniture and decoration pieces. It comfortably sleeps 10 in five double bedrooms; all of them enjoy en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a separate dressing area with a custom-made walk-on closet. The luxury villa rental also enjoys a spacious living-dining room and a totally equipped kitchen. The living area benefits from Sonos Media System, TV and WIFI. There is floor heating and AC. Outside, the luxury villa has a private swimming pool of 17 x 8 m, a Jacuzzi,a BBQ and a fitness area. The rental offers plenty of outside space and chill-out areas with views over Ibiza and the sea to enjoy your time on Balearic islands. The vivid Ibiza town known for its top-notch clubs and the international airport of Ibiza can be reached by car parting from the nearest port in about half an hour. Covering 600 000 m2, Tagomago boasts wonderful nature and breathtaking views and can be easily called an idyllic place. It is a perfect solution for travelers seeking full privacy and an easy access to jet-set restaurants, parties and activities. Tagomago will also be a great option for discerning guests tired of cities and looking for some very quiet natural setting and zero disturbance level or for a private event. The island offers perfect conditions for water sports including snorkelling, canoeing, paddle surf, wakeboard, diving and many others and boasts a private mooring and a jetty and will be great for bird-watching and hiking lovers as well. There is a lighthouse built in 1909.

Additional Information

Nettoyage Quotidien: One or two housekeepers will be taking care of the house 8 hours a day. Additional hours shall be paid apart.

Taxes: All the taxes are included.

Charges de location: Water, electricity and Internet are included.

Chef privé: Private cook, kitchen staff and waiter services 8 hours a weekday are included. Additional hours shall be paid apart.

Divers: Captain services for tender and water sports for 8 hours a weekday are included. Garden and pool maintenance for 8 hours a weekday are included. Mechanic´s services 8 hours a weekday are included. Additional hours shall be paid apart.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is flexible.

Payment Policy

In order to book the island and the villa, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The second payment (further 30%) is due no later than three (3) months before arrival by wire transfer. The last payment (remaining 20% + expenses allowance) is due no later than one month before arrival. A failure to pay on time is considered to be a cancellation provoked by the guests. The security deposit against damages will be reimbursed within 15 day after your departure shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the amounts paid are non refundable.
