Recently built and decorated by a British interior designer, it enjoys a gym, a cinema room and 4 large terraces including a roof terrace with a chill-out area. The main terrace of this luxury villa has a covered dining table with a comfortable seating for 12 and a large seating area which sits beside a heated salt water swimming pool with a generous sunbathing area and garden.
The villa enjoys keypad access, underfloor heating throughout, individually controlled AC in every room, a gym, a table tennis table and a cinema room.

There are 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and one has wheelchair access.

Bedroom 6: ground floor, queen-size bed (160 cm), wheelchair accessible, wider doors, access with a lift, bathroom with a wider shower entrance, access to the main outdoor terrace.
Guest WCs on the ground floor and on the lower floor.

Living areas
The Atalaya luxury villa rental enjoys a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa with a fireplace, a NeoQLED Samsung TV and Denon soundbar. The dining table seats 12 comfortably and the modern black and white kitchen has 2 fridges with an ice maker, 2 dishwasher, a wine fridge and plenty fo storage.
There is a gym with a rowing machine, static bike, a kettle bell, free weights, bench and yoga mats. The cinema room has a large Samsung NeoQLED TV with soundbar, comfortable seating and a football table.

Outdoors
There is a large main terrace and garden area with a heated swimming pool of 9 x 5 (1,3 m max depth). Pool heating is not included in the rent (see fees in corresponding tab). A large built-in BBQ with grills and Teppanyaki plate sits near the large covered al-fresco dining table with chairs for 12 and there is also a large outdoor corner sofa and chairs for chilling. IN addition, there s a large roof top terrace with relaxing seating for sundowners, There us a double garage and ample driveway for addition cars and a ping pong table.
