The villa boasts an al-fresco dining table for 8 and a BBQ. There is a salt-water swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a poolside showers. The pool can be heated upon request (not included). The parking space takes 2 cars. In addition, there is a professional Joola table tennis.
The rooftop enjoys a lounge area with a sofa and a coffee table, outdoor privacy screen. The roof holds the solar panels.

Pool heating is NOT included (500 EUR per week, subject to changes). The request to heat the pool must be made and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival.

Ménage final: Final cleaning is included shall the house be left in a reasonable state. Any extra cleaning or rubbish disposal will be charged to the guests.
Divers: Groups below 30 years old are not permitted.
