Cosa del Sol Airport receiving lots of international flights is only 42 minutes´ drive away and a bigger city of Malaga, the main city of the area, is less than one hour drive away. Several supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes and less and once a month ther eis an ecological market held in the area.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 35% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 25%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
