This modern villa rental sits in the area of Benahavis by Los Arqueros Golf. It is situated in an exclusive residential area a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus. Also, the house is within a stone´ s throw to several golf courses. With contemporary and sleek interiors, the house is perfect for a family or friends vacation. It enjoys a private swimming pool with Roman steps and a sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas. The property sits in a gated community.

There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Five of them are fitted with double beds, the 6th one comes with bunk beds and is ideal for children.
Living areas
The common area of the house include a sitting room opening o the pool and a small fitness area with a treadmill. Further on, there is a living room with a small sitting area with 2 armchairs, a TV and a fireplace. It has a small dining area with a round table for 5 and an open-plan totally equipped kitchen.
The kitchen enjoys a central island with stools perfect for cooking and breakfast. Also, it features a toaster, a wine fridge, a fridge freezer, an oven, kitchenware, cutlery and tableware.
Outdoors
The house enjoys a garden with a lawn and private swimming pool. It has Roman steps and a sunbathing area with umbrellas and loungers. The pool sits on the lower floor of the house. Both middle and upper floors enjoy balconies. The middle floor house an al-fresco dinning area and a sitting area. There is a BBQ.

This Marbella area villa rental sits in the area of Benahavis, in a gated community. Just right by Los Arqueros golf club and within a short distance from Guadalmina golf, this property is perfect for golfers. Costa del Sol enjoys more than 70 golf clubs so a player of any level and requirements can find a course for him. Moreover, the area is known to be the sunniest spot in Spain. It has a fantastic climate with almost 320 sunny days per year. The first beach is only 11 minutes drive from the house.
Marbella is around 17 minutes away by car, while Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes away. Both house a wide variety of shops, cafes and restaurants and enjoys seaside promenades. In addition, Puerto Banus houses a big mall El Corte Ingles featuring a lot of world-known brand corners and a big supermarket with international foods.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 35% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be returned to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Min. 4 nights bookings in May.
Min. 7 nights bookings for the rest of the year.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
