Description

Featuring great outdoors area, this house for rent sits in the Golden mile, one of the most sought-after locations of Marbella. Just 120 m form the beach and within a short drive form Marbella old town, the villa has it all within an easy reach. Spacious, the villa sleeps up to 23 people.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The sleeping area comprises of the 6 suites, 4 independent apartments with 2 bedrooms each. All the suites enjoy private bathrooms, wardrobes, dressing areas and double beds. One fo them sits on the ground floor and opens on the garden and the pool. The other 5 are on the first floor. They enjoy an access to the 1st floor patio. One of the bathrooms has a jetted tub, the other ones come with showers.
Then, further sleeping facilities are located in the independent apartments.There are 4 of them, each comes with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the apartments sit on the ground floor, both enjoy small sitting areas in the double bedrooms and twin beds in the other room. The other 2 are on the first floor, they enjoys separate living rooms. One of the apartments has a double bed and twin beds, the other one comes with a double bed and a bunk bed ideal for children.

Living areas

The common areas include a living dining room. It sits on the ground floor. It has a sitting area with a TV and a dining table for 8 - 10 people. There is a fireplace. Further on, the house features a totally equipped kitchen with a bar for breakfast and a cooking island. There is a fridge freezer, a coffee maker, a hob, an oven, a microwave, cutlery and tableware. FInally, there is a small dining area in.
Also, the villa benefits from a games room located on the basement floor. There is a billiard, a baby foot, darts and a sitting area with a bar and fireplace. Next to it, there is a garage for 3 - 4 vehicles.

Outdoors

Outside, there is private heated swimming pool, a sunbathing area and a Jacuzzi. The sunbathing area hold some loungers and a day bed. Also, there is a summer bar for you to have fresh drinks. The gallery houses a small sitting area with 2 armchairs right in front of the fountain sitting in the patio. There is another chill-out area in the gallery of the first floor.
Finally, the house features a BBQ area and an al-fresco dining area.

Sitting in the famous Golden Mile, this holiday home Marbella enjoys proximity to Marbella town, Puerto Banus and the beach. The beach lies around 2 minutes´ walk away, there is a promenade along the sea lined with cafes and restaurants as well as some activities spots and benches. Both Marbella and Puerto Banus can be reached in about 8 minutes by car.
They house a wide range of shops, cafes, supermarkets and cultural activities. The nearest supermarket is only 6 minutes´ walk away, a bigger supermarket with various international and organic foods is in Wl Corte Ingles mall in Puerto Banus.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total rent. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be wired back minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
