This charming house is perfect for a small family or a group of friends. It sits in the most desirable area of Marbella, Nueva Andalucia. Situated on the second line of the famous Los Naranjos Golf, the house has a great advantage, it has it all handy. The first restaurant is juts a couple of minutes drive away, the beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Also, the famous Puerto Banus marina is only some minutes´ drive away. It features several luxury shops, lots of restaurants of international and local cuisines and a big mall. Marbella town is not far neither, count on around 15 minutes to arrive to the centre.

Also, it enjoys a central island suitable both for cooking and having breakfast or an aperitif while one of you is cooking.

The property benefits from a private pool with a sunbathing area and Roman steps. Right by, there is a BBQ and a shaded dining area for 6-8 people.
Finally, the house has a stunning roof top terrace accessible via external staircase. It features another small sunbathing area and a chill-out ideal for warm Marbella evenings.
