This vacation villa rental Marbella sits in its eastern part, by Las Chapas beach. The villa is only 130 m away from the beach that makes it a perfect summer destination. However, autumn and winter walks along the sea are also highly recommendable. The nearest spot with some shops is about 1 km away. It also has some restaurants an d cafes though the closest restaurant ir right by on the beach. The house enjoys 755 m2 and sleeps 16. It comes with a private heated pool with a built-in pool bar and a gym.
Ground floor
The lower level houses the main living area. It comprises of a totally equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. All three are interconnected. The dining table seats 16. Also, the kitchen enjoys a smaller table for breakfast.There is a cooking island, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. The living area consists of a TV area that comes with a sofa, armchairs and a TV and the main sitting with sofas.
Further on, the same very floor houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of them are en-suite, while the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
First floor
The following level houses 2 more bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom. It features a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Also, it has a walk-in closet and enjoys stunning sea views and a terrace shared with the other bedroom. The second bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom as well.
Lower floor
The lower floor houses 2 further bedrooms. Both enjoy access from outdoors offering more independence to the guests. Also, the same floor features a gym, a relaxation room with a large TV, Playstation and a bar.
Outdoors
Outside by the kitchen, there is a BBQ area with an al-fresco dining table. The house enjoys a private heated swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a built-in bar. The top terrace enjoys a lounge area.

This holiday villa sits in Marbella East, in the area of Las Chapas beach. It benefits form proximity to the sea that is only about 130 m away. The sea line enjoys several restaurants, cafes and bars. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes drive away, as well as a gourmet shop. For entertainment, Costa del Sol region is also known as Costa del Golf. It boasts more than 70 golf courses. Several of them are no farther than 30 minutes away from the house.
Also, the villa benefits from easy access to Marbella and Puerto Banus. The former one is about 11 minutes drive away. Its cultural landmarks including Los Naranjos Square, Alameda Park, Marbella Wall are about 11 minutes away.
