This holiday villa Marbella East is located in the hills by Rio Real Golf. It enjoys an easy drive to the beach and to restaurants. The house is ideal for active guests as Los Monteros beach offers plenty of water sports. The beach is only 3 minutes away.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The property has two floors. It sleeps up to eight people. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There bedrooms have double beds of 150 x 200 cm and AC while the fourth one enjoys twins. Also, all the bedrooms open on a terrace. Two of the double bedrooms come with private bathrooms with stand alone rain showers. Alike, the third bathroom has a stand alone shower however it is shared. There is an additional toilet. The lower floor houses one bedroom and a bathroom. While the other sleeping facilities are upstairs.
Living areas
Further on, the common areas of the Marbella rental include a living room with a dining area and a kitchen. They are on the lower floor and open on the terrace. The kitchen is totally equipped. it features a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and other electric appliances. Also, the house has laundry facilities including a washing machine, a dyer, an iron and a board.
Outdoors
Above all, the villa enjoys a private swimming pool and several lounge areas. There is an ample seating with sofas, an al-fresco dining area and a BBQ. The swimming pool has loungers. Moreover, the upper terrace has two more loungers and a small sitting area.

Late check-out from 13:00 will be charged as an additional night.
