The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and benefits from a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The room enjoys a direct access to the garden and the pool area. Further two bedrooms come with queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms as well. They are fitted with stand-alone showers. The living room features a seating area with a TV, a billiard area and a dining area with a table for 10. The kitchen is totally equipped and has an island and a breakfast area. The first floor houses a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. The floor boasts a hall overlooking the living room. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. the Security Deposit will be wired back minus bank fees upon your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
