Elle se répartit sur trois étages, et dispose de beaucoup d'espaces pour ceux qui sont à la recherche d'un séjour calme au sein du pays Basque. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un hall d'entrée, une spacieuse pièce à vivre avec cheminée, une salle à manger avec une cheminée également, un bureau, et une cuisine totalement équipée. Au premier étage, vous trouverez trois chambres, toutes disposent d'une suite avec penderie et salle de bain. Les chambres possèdent des lits-jumeaux ; et les baignoires s'accompagnent de baignoires avec robinets de douche. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée quelque soit la durée de votre séjour. Il y a un frigidaire, un congélateur, une machine à laver, un grille-pains, un micro-ondes, un four t un ensemble complet d'accessoires de table et de cuisine. Adjacente à la cuisine, la blanchisserie met à votre disposition une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. Le deuxième étage est entouré de magnifiques jardins avec une rivière qui jouit d'un agréable espace pour dîner en plein air avec un barbecue. À proximité, il y a un parking couvert pour deux véhicules. Le pays Basque bénéficie d'écuries, donc si vous êtes un amateur ou un professionnel de balades à cheval, vous pourrez facilement en profiter.

Visit the ancient Miramar Palace that is also set next to the La Concha Beach, go to the City Hall, and cross Maria Cristina Bridge, have a coffee on the Plaza de la Consitución. Nettoyage hebdomadaire: General cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces with the change of bedlinen and towels from 9:00 till 13:00 or from 10:00 till 14:00 is included.
Ménage final: Is to be done upon your departure.

Changeover day is flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
