Luxury Villas Sitges : Located just in 500 metres from Castelldefels, this Luxury house is a perfect option for a family or friends, looking for an accommodation in a walking distance from a good beach and high-quality restaurants. This two-floor villa sleeps 9 people in five comfortable bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with king-size beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children and a bedroom with a futon. Three of the bedrooms are ensuite plus there is one family bathroom. Three of the bathrooms are equipped with a tub and a shower, the last one has only a shower. One of the bathtub is a jacuzzi. The villa has a totaly-equipped kitchen where you will find a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, grill, toaster, microwave, a kettle, a coffe maker and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron facilities in the villa. The villa has a lovely dining area that seats six people and a lounge area that seats up to 10 people. The stylish living room has a sitting area furnished with sofas, a TV and magazines and books, so you will be able to relax there. From this area you access the other level of the house. Around the villa there are manucired lawns and gardens of around 1300 sq.m. There is a pond with terrapins and a big, unheated swimming pool, that will amke you and your children especially happy in summer. The house is non-smoking. A car is not essential, but recommended for your high comfort.

Castelldefels is located at the heart of Costa del Garraf, between the
mountainous landscape of the massif of Garraf and the Mediterranean.
More than five kilometres worth of fine beaches are found there, only a
few minutes away form Barcelona and its international airport.
Facilities for water sports are offered at the marina, and this included
canoeing in the Olympic Canal, built especially for the 1992 Olympics.
The historical remains and old buildings to be found in Castelldefels
are also added attractions. Castelldefels' exceptional location and the
distinction of being in the Baix Llobregat region, make this a tourist
paradise with its typical Mediterranean climate with rain in spring and
autumn, and some spectacular storms, dry summers and cool winters. Try
some of the restaurants here that serve the unbeatable Catalan cuisine.
Fresh fish and seafood is abundant and fruits and vegetables are locally
produced as is the olive oil, all going to make some delicious
traditional dishes.

Additional Information
Taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5
EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every
guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. Two (2) month before
arrival shall be paid the balance. The security deposit is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
The Security deposit will be transferred to you no later than 2 weeks after your departure, should no damages
occur to the property. The transfer cost is to be borne by the Client. In case of events or friends´ groups coming, the security deposit shall be of 5000 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 months before the arrival date: the reservation
deposit of 50% of the total rent is not refundable. Cancellation less than 2 months before the
arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
