Baby cot and chairs can be place in the house upon request and are NOT included (40 and 30 EUR per week, respectively).
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 61 day before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation less than 61 day before arrival but more than 30 days before arrival, 90% is non refundable.
In case of cancellation less 30 days before arrival, early departure or no show, 100% of the rent will be retained as penalty.
