Holiday Castles Aquitaine : Set in Aquitaine, Périgord Noir, this luxury castle for rent enjoys a privileged location with an easy access to many world-known points of interest including Sarlat, Vezere Valley, Monpazier, Bergerac and various natural parks. Perfect for family holiday or a friends´stay, this deluxe castle in Aquitaine sleeps up to 16 people. There are eight bedrooms, all of them are fitted with extra-long king-size beds (180 x 210 cm) and enjoy ensuite bathrooms with wc, walk-showers or bathtubs. The entertainment areas include a living room, a lounge and a media room. The living room features a seating area with a fireplace, while the media room has a TV area with international channels, a DVD and a DVD library. Opening onto the terrace, there is a spacious dining room for 16. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a carefree stay. It features two induction hobs, an ove, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, cutlery, pots, pans and tableware. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, the luxury castle boasts a private fenced heated salt-water swimming pool, a BBQ, a table tennis, an east- and south-oriented terraces enjoying views over the park and the hills, both perfect for breakfast.

The western part, the coast of Aquitaine is known for its summer resort for surfers and sun-catchers. The north and east, including the Dorogne, where the castle is set, and Lot-et-Garonne, are known for their stunning countryside nature and historic pearls, the castles and the medieval villages. Sarlat, located to the south of Dorogne, is considered to be one of the most beautiful towns of France. The quiet and charming villages of Monpazier, Bergerac and Domme are also qorthy of seeing. It is there where you can find the prehistoric caves of Vezere Valley, not far from Montignac. And the Pyrenees part boasts the typical Basque villages and the vivid Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Ciboure.

Nettoyage Quotidien: Daily cleaning, garden and pool maintenance up to 2 hours daily are included.

Taxes: All the taxes are included.

Draps et Serviettes: Bedlinen, towels and pool towels with one set per person and week are included.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 17:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday. Min 7 nights stay is required in the high season.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance. The security deposit shall be paid one week before arrival. The Security deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation two (2) month before the arrival date or less: 100% of the rental price is non refundable.
