Holiday Apartments Paris : This luxury rental in Paris is though for a short stay in this wonderful French city. Perfect for two couples or a small family, this apartment sleeping four promises you a quiet and relaxing holiday thanks to the double glazing and great location. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a living room and a kitchen distributed over 100 sq.m. The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, the other one has two single beds of 90 cm each. Both bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs with shower faucets, there is a separate toilet. The living room features a seating area with a TV, a DVD, an iPod docking station and a dining area for six. Among the kitchen facilities you will find a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, pots and pans and cutlery. For laundry, there is washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. A baby cot is available upon request.

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
