This holiday villa located by the beach enjoys wonderful sea views. The house is distributed over two levels and has four bedrooms. The lower level comprises of a living room, a kitchen and a breakfast corner, a garden and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace. The living room boasts Dionysian marble floors typical for the noble Athenian floors, The Greek gods paintings and a grand piano. The dining area seats eight. Among the entertainment facilities you will find satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system and WIFI. The luxury rental enjoys a hammam room. The master bedroom benefits from the views over the Petalious and Evoia islands. The upper level houses further three bedrooms. All of them come with private bathrooms and terraces overlooking sea and Nea Makri town. Outside, the house features a private pool, an al-fresco dining area for 12, a BBQ, a lounge terrace with sun loungers, hammocks, a bar and a stereo system.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
