Going upper, the third floor houses the master bedroom featuring a balcony, a veranda, a dining area, a bar and a sunbathing area. Finally, there is one more single bedroom that will have to share the en-suite bathroom of the room on this floor.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case o cancellation more than 1 moth before arrival, only reservation deposit will be detained. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival 100% of the rent will be detained.
