Description
This matchless Elia villa enjoys panoramic sea views with Paros and Naxos at the back. It is set only 5 minutes drive away from the same-name beach on a plot of 4100 m2. Smart house, it combines charm with contemporary design and modern amenities. The property boasts a helipad, an alarm, a Sonos sound system and a heated swimming pool of 82 m2 with Jacuzzi. It consists of the main house and a guest house.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The house sleeps 12 guests. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms sit in the main house, other 2 are in the guest house and the last one is a smaller separate studio.
Bedroom 1: lower floor, king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), TV, en-suite bathrooms with a shower, access to the terrace and the pool panoramic sea views.
Bedroom 2: lower floor, twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, access to the terrace and the pool, panoramic sea views.
Bedroom 3: upper floor, master, king-size bed, TV, open-plan en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, sea views, access to a balcony.
Bedroom 4: guest house, built-in king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, outdoor shower, access to a a terrace, sea views, accessible through the living area and an individual door.
Bedroom 5: twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, access to a terrace, sea views, accessible through the living area and an individual door.
Bedroom 6: smaller room, twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, small windows, individual entrance.
Living areas
The main house features an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a central island and high chairs. Further on, there is a spacious living room with a TV and an indoor dining area for 6 with access to the outdoor kitchen-bar with a BBQ and an al-fresco dining area.
The guest area is home to another open-plan kitchen, a living room with sea views and access to the outdoor lounge area.
Finally, there is a Matrix gym with WC and a shower and a large TV, it enjoys a separate entrance.
Outdoors
There is an infinity pool of 82 m2 with Jacuzzi and connected shallow heated pool (available upon request with a surcharge), outdoor kitchen with a gas stove, built-in BBQ, fridge and wine fridge, bat with stools. Also, there is an outdoor dining area for 12, a sunbathing area and a built-in lounge area with a firepit some steps down. The house enjoys a helipad and outdoor showers.

Nettoyage Quotidien: Daily housekeeping is included. Bath and pool towels are changed daily.

Charges de location: Reasonable water, electricity are included.

Draps et Serviettes: Bedlinen is changed three times per week.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included shall the house be left in a reasonable state.
Divers: The house comes with a night security guard (10 pm to 6 am).
Pool heating is NOT included (248 EUR per day).
Small event (up to 40 ppl) are considered, please, enquire.
The house is non smoking. Penalty for smoking inside is 1.500 EUR.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 18:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is flexible.
Minimum stay in low season is 4 nights and 5 nights in summer.
